The Centre shall endeavour to accommodate and provide facilities for all aspects of Scottish culture.

The Centre must be accessible to all members of the general public.
EDUCATION
The Centre shall endeavour to provide opportunities for education in Scottish culture for the general public.
PARTICIPATION
The Centre shall endeavour to provide opportunities for the general public to participate in Scottish cultural activities.
BENEFIT to the CIVIC COMMUNITY
The Centre shall endeavour to serve and provide a Scottish cultural benefit to all members of the Calgary civic community.
ENVIRONMENT
The Centre shall endeavour to impact the environment in the most beneficial manner possible..
COMMUNITY WELFARE
The Centre shall endeavour to provide a beneficial service to members of the public in need..
CULTURAL RECOGNITION
The Centre shall endeavour to celebrate the contribution Scots have made to the development of Calgary, to Alberta and to Canada.
